fREELANCE site MANAGER
We are currently Recruiting a Freelance Site Manager.
This Freelance opportunity to work with a successful Main Contractor specialising in delivering office fit-out & refurbishment projects. The role will involve managing as part of a project team on fit-out sites throughout London and Hampshire and the South of England, responsible on site for the Sub-Contractors and Site Operatives, Health and Safety, Quality & Build, Site Administration etc.
The ideal Site Manager will have strong commercial interior background having worked on high specification office fit-out and refurbishments, and will have a similar experience successfully managing projects with a proven track record.
Skills, Experience & Duties;
- Responsible for the overall management and day to day running of all on site activity
- Daily Health & Safety supervision, management and implementation of all on-site activity
- Managing the call-off of materials & delivery schedule
- Management at site level of all Sub-Contractors / Site Operatives
- Site Administration
- Delivery of project on time, to high level of build quality and finish
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years minimum experience as a lead Site Manager within the commercial fit-out sector
- Strong Joinery background
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
